About
I’m an applied statistician and Lead Data Scientist in Cardiovascular Outcomes, Registries and Research (CORR) at Cleveland Clinic’s Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute. I write here about R, survival and time-to-event methods, the open-source packages I maintain, and the work of moving a research group’s 30 years of SAS jobs onto R.
The full background is on the homepage, and the code is on GitHub.
Views here are my own and don’t represent Cleveland Clinic. Nothing on this site contains patient data.
